Grows faster than you can dial.
Roughly 147,000 new businesses enter every month, each stamped with the date it was added — so “new since I last bought” is a filter, not a hope.
Bright Leads566,422 US local-service businesses, every one with a phone number. Pick a trade and a state, see the count before the price, download the file. Try it — the numbers below are live to your filters.
Counts are the Sept 10, 2026 snapshot; industry × state is proportional until the search product is live. Every list is non-exclusive. Full details on the pricing section.
Records by state
The fifteen lit tiles are where the pool runs deepest — 566,422 records as of September 10, 2026. Click a state and the builder above filters to it.
Coverage thins below the top twenty, which is why the search never lets you build a list under 25 records — it greys the button out and suggests how to widen instead.
What you actually get
Roughly 147,000 new businesses enter every month, each stamped with the date it was added — so “new since I last bought” is a filter, not a hope.
Everything you’ve ever downloaded is excluded from your next search by default. The toggle shows both counts — 4,182 unique · 5,630 total — so it explains itself.
No site = phone-heavy, ~5% email — built for web designers. Established = a business that already spends money, ~61% email — built for SEO, ads, merchant services and software sold to contractors.
It’s a hard requirement of the export. About 56% are mobiles, 19% landlines, the rest unclassified — and phone type is a filter.
Rows with a blank in a critical field are dropped before the file is built. Not in the file, ever: reviews, ratings, Google place data, photos, or anything we didn’t compile ourselves.
Pricing
One credit is roughly one record. Records with more to work with cost a little more, and you see the breakdown before you pay — every time.
No account needed. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
Billed monthly. Credits roll over while you’re active and expire 60 days after you cancel.
The subscription rate is deliberately better. Most buyers who start with a pack move to Pro on their second order.
Every list is sold non-exclusively. The same record can be bought by other buyers, including your competitors. Two things offset that: your own purchase history is permanently deduplicated, so you never pay for a record twice — and about 147,000 new records enter the pool every month. We say it here and again at checkout, because buyers who know budget for it and buyers who find out later don’t.
How buying works
Industry and state first. Then website status, phone type, email, and how recently the record was added. Cities only appear when they hold 25+ records — you can't build an empty search.
The matching total updates on every click, before any price. Under 25 records, the buy button greys out and we suggest how to widen.
The first 25 matches with company, phone and email masked on the server. Proof the data is real before you spend a credit.
Credits from your balance or a card at checkout. Small files in seconds; big ones emailed when ready. Re-download any time from your history.
Before you pay
Other buyers may get the same record. Your own history is deduplicated forever, and the pool grows by about 147,000 a month.
Businesses close, numbers change, people move. A portion of any file will be stale on the day it’s delivered. That’s the nature of the product, not a defect.
We don’t convey consent to contact anyone. Screening against Do-Not-Call lists, TCPA and state telemarketing law is your job before you dial or send.
Compiled from publicly available business information and graded with our own scoring. No reviews, ratings, or anything owned by a third party is in the file.
Questions
It’s compiled from public business information and re-checked as the scraper runs, but business data changes constantly — a portion of any file is stale on delivery. That’s why every row carries the date it was added, why rows with blanks in critical fields never ship, and why nothing is sold as verified.
Other buyers can purchase the same records. What’s exclusive is your history: anything you’ve bought is excluded from your next search by default, and about 147,000 new records arrive monthly.
Because records aren’t equal. A business with a website and no email is 1 credit. No website, or an email address, is 2. Both — no website and an email — is 3. The builder shows the mix before you pay.
Yes, but only to cities that hold at least 25 matching records for your industry — the dropdown never offers a city that would produce an empty or single-digit list.
Packs bought once expire 12 months after purchase. Subscription credits roll over while you’re active and expire 60 days after you cancel. Both are stated again at checkout.
No consent of any kind is conveyed with the data. Screening against DNC registries, known litigators, wireless numbers and state telemarketing law is your responsibility before contacting anyone — it’s in the data license you accept at checkout.
Refunds are issued as account credits, not cash, when requested within 7 days of purchase and before the file has been downloaded more than once.
The builder at the top is live to the snapshot. When the search product opens, the same filters run against the live database.
